Job summary

G-P is seeking a Global Mobility Associate to join our remote-first team and support day-to-day immigration compliance, visa processing, and mobility operations. You will act as a key operational contact, manage ticketing queues, review compliance, assist with visa renewals, and support local HR and the Sr. Manager, Global Mobility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of immigration-related experience.
• Experience with Jira or Zendesk ticketing systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience performing right-to-work checks and maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage global mobility ticketing and inquiries; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Perform bi-annual right-to-work reviews and ensure visa applications stay compliant.
• Assess visa options and support visa requests with HR and stakeholders.
• Handle invoice reviews and maintain records in mobility databases.
• Stay updated on evolving immigration regulations and updates.
