Ateneo de Manila University in Quezon City invites applications for an International Mobility Assistant. The role supports international exchanges, coordinates programs for students, faculty, and staff with partner institutions worldwide, and helps ensure an inclusive and enriching experience for all participants.

You will handle inbound/outbound exchanges, assist with visas and housing, maintain participant records, and contribute to budget tracking and policy development for mobility programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in any field; specialization in International Relations, Cultural Studies, Event Management, an advantage
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in event or project planning and execution
• Experience in an academic setting or exposure to international exchange programs is an advantage

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and coordinating inbound and outbound student exchanges and international staff mobility initiatives
• Collaborate with academic departments to ensure mobility requirements are processed in a timely manner
• Create promotional materials and maintain program-related web content to promote mobility programs
• Facilitate cross-cultural awareness and intercultural communication workshops
• Attend to logistics for international mobility events (orientations, cultural excursions, farewell ceremonies)
• Provide pre-arrival and on-site support to international students, faculty, and staff
• Assist with visa applications, housing arrangements, and orientation programs
• Maintain accurate records of program participants, applications, and related documentation
• Collate budget requirements and monitor expenses against allocations
• Assist in developing policies and procedures related to international mobility programs
• Perform other university-related duties as may be required by supervisor
