Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in global mobility.
• Experience working with relocation management companies, immigration providers, and tax advisors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Case Management: Manage a portfolio of international assignments, providing guidance and support to assignees throughout the assignment lifecycle.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors to coordinate services and ensure quality delivery, monitor SLAs.
• Program Administration: Maintain accurate assignee records in the mobility system and support improvements.
• Invoicing Process: Manage invoicing process on a weekly basis.
