Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an Immigration Team Advisor to coordinate immigration requirements for dedicated markets. With the Global Mobility team, you will ensure compliance tracking for foreign hires and sponsorship of work permits and residency.

You will monitor permit expiries, liaise with service providers, and keep HRIS updated, while producing monthly dashboards and supporting regulatory updates for complex cases.

Qualifications

• Understanding of immigration landscapes and regulatory updates.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and service providers.
• Experience in process improvement and SOP maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Own immigration compliance for foreign hires and monitor work permit applications.
• Track visa validity, prompt stakeholders for expirations, and update HRIS.
• Generate monthly dashboards highlighting key immigration metrics.
• Support complex immigration cases and share regulatory updates with the team.
• Contribute to global mobility projects and process simplification.
