Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Manila seeks an Associate - Global Mobility Advisor to own relocation and assignment processes for employees. You will ensure flawless execution while crafting personalized relocation experiences and collaborate with HR to provide advisory support.

You will track moves, design packages, and maintain data integrity, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless mobility programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in Global Mobility.
• Expertise in international compensation, payroll, tax, expatriate assignments and relocations.
• Proven ability to engage with senior HR colleagues, managers and leaders.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and caseloads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; proficient with presentations and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver global mobility services with high data integrity and quality.
• Collaborate with HR and managers to design expatriate packages aligned with business needs.
• Track and monitor moves, providing timely stakeholder updates.
• Build executive reporting on relocation status and trends.
• Anticipate issues and resolve them to avoid impact on employees.
• Conduct employee briefings on relocation packages, payroll, tax, and vendor services.
• Coordinate with external vendors on immigration, destination, and shipment services.
• Manage cases for relocation and expatriate populations; handle ad hoc queries.
• Partner with Global Mobility Operations to drive operational excellence.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the mobility program.
