Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience managing an operations team.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate, develop and train staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with stakeholder management and client-focused delivery.
• Knowledge of fraud strategies and payment conventions.
• Professional presence with adaptability to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recovery analysts and associates.
• Oversee real-time queue management, case assignment and prioritization.
• Handle escalations of potentially fraudulent payments and conduct due diligence.
• Investigate fraud-related items such as ACH and Wire transactions.
• Analyze client activity to identify high-risk situations and engage clients.
• Provide updates to senior leadership through reviews and KPI meetings.
• Support development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and training.
