Job summary

Orica Philippines is seeking a Specialist Global Process Strategy & Enablement Commercial to enhance the MI2O2C process end-to-end. You will partner with global owners, technology teams, and commercial stakeholders to shape processes, systems, data, reporting and analytics for global commercial operations.

You will bring SME across MI2O2C, analyze business needs, resolve data challenges and contribute to transformation initiatives, ensuring compliant, business-aligned solutions.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in Commercial ops, Order-to-Cash or similar.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder mgmt skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in MI2O2C or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Ability to analyze data, design solutions and support UAT.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME across MI2O2C end-to-end process, providing hands-on support for processes, data, reporting and testing.
• Evaluate change requests, assess impacts and help with scoping and business cases.
• Coordinate and manage a pipeline of Commercial improvement initiatives.
• Use data insights to identify opportunities and support decisions.
