Job summary

Orica is seeking a Specialist Global Process Strategy & Enablement Commercial in Pasig to help shape MI2O2C processes, systems, data, reporting and analytics across global commercial operations.

You will bring subject matter expertise to analyze business needs, resolve data challenges and contribute to transformation initiatives while ensuring practical and compliant solutions aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in Commercial operations or Order-to-Cash.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA across MI2O2C or OTC processes.
• Advanced Power BI for reports and dashboards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support for the end-to-end MI2O2C processes, including processes, systems, data, reporting, analytics, solution design, testing, and UAT.
• Evaluate change requests, assess business impacts, and support prioritisation, scoping, and business case development.
• Coordinate and manage the pipeline of Commercial improvement initiatives, balancing value, risk, urgency, dependencies and resources.
• Use data analysis and insights to identify process improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to resolve process and data issues in a timely and sustainable manner.
• Maintain process documentation, standards, and governance frameworks to support Commercial operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the MI2O2C SME, ensuring solutions align with requirements and comply with regulatory and industry best practices.
