Job summary

Orica is seeking a Specialist Global Process Strategy & Enablement Commercial to strengthen its end-to-end MI2O2C processes. You will partner with Global Process Owners, Tech teams, and Commercial stakeholders to shape processes, data, reporting, and analytics behind global commercial operations.

The role requires deep expertise in MI2O2C/OC processes, strong Power BI capabilities, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial operations or Order-to-Cash.
• Advanced SAP S/4HANA experience across MI2O2C processes.
• Strong Power BI capabilities for reports and dashboards.
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and UAT.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to work across global time zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support for MI2O2C processes, data, reporting, analytics, and UAT.
• Assess change requests, scope projects, and help build business cases.
• Manage the pipeline of Commercial improvement initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify process improvements and support decisions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain process documentation and governance.
• Ensure regulatory and industry best practices alignment.
