Job summary

Copeland Supply is seeking a Spend Logistics Analyst to manage the global freight payment and audit process, coordinate with the SCO program, and develop program metrics and spend analytics. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and project management skills to support Copeland's global logistics initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a BS degree in a related field and 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, finance, or data analytics, with advanced Excel and data reporting tool

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting or related field.
• 2 years professional experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, or Data Analytics.
• Demonstrated skills to perform Root Cause Analysis and Identification.
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word software.
• High Proficiency in data reporting software like Power BI or Sigma.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential; English communication with global teams.
• Demonstrate competency in teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Spend Visibility Process Execution and Improvement: manage payment queues and resolve issues; work with Copeland Global and third-party payment systems; ensure payment terms are met; improve freight audit and payment processes; identify automation opportunities.
• Accounting and Finance Support: ensure compliance with accounting and legal requirements; assist allocation of global freight expense to general ledger codes.
• Analytics and Reporting: develop and present Key Metrics; build and maintain dashboards; determine global metrics to drive improvements.
