Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain analytics or related functions.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and BI platforms proficiency.
• Experience with data mining, data manipulation, reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, enhancement, and delivery of supply chain analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support business objectives.
• Analyze complex supply chain, procurement, inventory, and supplier data to identify opportunities, trends, risks, and performance improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and recommend data-driven solutions that improve decision-making.
• Design and develop innovative reporting methodologies, automated solutions, and business intelligence tools.
• Manage and execute continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives to enhance team productivity and business outcomes.
• Lead project planning, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, UAT, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain and improve business systems and applications to ensure data integrity, process efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
• Provide expert support in troubleshooting analytics and system-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop training materials, facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions, and coach team members on analytics tools, reporting processes, and best practices.
• Drive collaboration across global supply chain organizations and influence stakeholders to adopt sustainable process improvements.
