Job summary

Amtrade International is seeking a Sales Support Officer to manage procurement, order processing, and logistics coordination from Australia / Offshore. You will support overseas costings, ensure on-time deliveries, and liaise with customers and suppliers to optimise costs and service.

You will report to the Manager, Australia and New Zealand Logistics and Sales Support, and collaborate with a small local team within a larger international operation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare overseas costings and amendments for requisitions.
• Check and place overseas orders with accuracy.
• Verify costs on purchase orders before receipt.
• Process and send shipping documents to brokers and customers.
• Coordinate deliveries to arrive on time and cost-effectively.
• Reconcile inventory with third-party warehouses and resolve discrepancies.
• Liaise with customers on sales and delivery matters to completion.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer sales and service.
• Support business units on admin and commercial matters.
• Participate in stock-takes and ensure charges are accurate.
• Investigate customer complaints to resolution.
