Job summary

Yatari Express Philippines Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Overseas Coordinator to join our international team.

The successful candidate will undergo comprehensive training at our Manila Head Office to gain a thorough understanding of the company\'s operations, logistics processes, and international business standards. Upon successful completion of the training program, the employee may be assigned to one of YEPI\'s overseas branches or affiliated offices to support and coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, International Business or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and communication between the Manila Head Office and overseas branches.
• Monitor and facilitate international shipment movements and logistics activities.
• Maintain effective communication with overseas agents, customers, carriers, and partners.
• Prepare and manage operational reports, shipping documents and related records.
• Assist in resolving operational concerns and ensuring timely service delivery.
• Support branch operations by implementing company policies and standards.
• Provide administrative and operational assistance to overseas offices as required.
• Participate in training programs and cross-functional projects to develop operational expertise.
• Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and company standards.
• Represent the company professionally when coordinating with international clients and partners.
