Job summary

Maersk Global Service Centres Philippines Limited is seeking a qualified accounting professional to lead ATR activities within contract logistics, focusing on GL posting, period-end close, and recon in the MCL BS account. The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting & finance, CPA preferred, Oracle ERP experience, and 3 years ATR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ERP Oracle.
• Minimum 3 years ATR experience in a Contract Logistics company.
• English fluency (written and spoken).
• Morning shift, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of accounting activities between locations, document procedures, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate new platform implementation with project teams and document to-be processes.
• Enforce accounting policies and controls to ensure legal compliance.
• Collaborate with GSC and Frontline teams.
• Manage finance master data, ICP Recon, and statutory tax disclosures with timely period-end close.
• Engage with auditors to ensure data integrity.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and understand business needs.
• Focus on Maersk MCL BS account recon, general ledger posting, period-end close, and OS reports.
