Job summary

Maersk is seeking an experienced accounting professional in Manila to drive the transition of accounting activities between locations, support the migration to a new platform, and ensure timely and accurate period-end closes in line with corporate policies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance, 3+ years ATR in contract logistics, hands-on Oracle ERP experience, and fluent English (B1/B2). Morning shift, Monday to Friday arrangements apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance is required or strongly preferred.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP is required.
• Minimum 3 years ATR experience in a Contract Logistics company is required.
• English proficiency to write/read/speak fluently (B1/B2) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle transition of accounting activities between locations, coordinating with processing team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate new platform implementation and document-to-be processes in the new platform.
• Ensure strict adherence to accounting policies and controls.
• Collaborate with GSC and Frontline teams to support finance operations.
• Manage Finance master data, ICP Recon, and GAAP statutory disclosures; ensure timely period-end close.
