Job summary

Maersk is seeking an accounting professional to lead cross-location transitions and oversee platform migration efforts in Manila. The role requires hands-on Oracle ERP experience and a strong accounting foundation to ensure accurate, timely close and compliant reporting.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance, CPA certification, and at least 3 years in contract logistics accounting. Fluency in English (B1/B2) and a Monday-to-Friday day shift are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ATR experience in a Contract Logistics company.
• English proficiency level: fluent written and spoken — B1/B2.

Responsibilities

• Transition accounting activities across locations according to the project timeline.
• Coordinate new platform implementation with project teams and document processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to accounting policies and controls.
• Manage finance master data, ICP recon, and GAAP disclosures with audit liaison.
• Support GSC and Frontline teams ensuring timely period-end close and OS reporting.
