Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an experienced Domain Specialist in the Philippines to join the GS Customer Insights & Analytics team. You will execute customer case operations and analyze processes to drive efficiency in our Sales analytics landscape.

Work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, train stakeholders on the Customer Insights & Analytics tool, create documentation, and support MedTech data initiatives and data quality improvements across regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
3+ years of experience in process analysis or improvement.
Experience defining, monitoring, and improving data quality metrics.
Experience creating and maintaining data catalogs; metadata awareness.
Familiarity with process mapping tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute customer case operations to ensure smooth workflow execution.
Serve as the primary expert on the Customer Insights & Analytics tool, ensuring its effective application across various departments.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate internal stakeholders on the functionality and advantages of Customer Insights & Analytics.
Collaborate with data analysts to identify areas for efficiency improvements and implement process enhancements.
Develop documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and case studies, to facilitate the effective use of Customer Insights & Analytics.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics relevant to the MedTech field.
Contribute creative and innovative ideas to the team.
Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
