Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an Instructional Design Specialist who shapes engaging learning experiences and supports global initiatives. You will design, develop, and maintain learning content, coordinate translations, and govern content to ING standards.

You will collaborate with international stakeholders, review online modules, track progress, and identify opportunities to improve learner experience and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in content, learning, training, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, or content management systems is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, update, and quality assurance of learning content and e-learning modules.
• Coordinate translation and localization activities for learning materials.
• Review and moderate content on ING careers and learning platforms.
• Track project progress, maintain reports, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve content quality, workflows, and learner experience.
