Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an Instructional Design Specialist to design, develop, and maintain engaging learning content. You will support translation, localization, and content governance across global initiatives, ensuring materials meet ING standards and accessibility.

You will collaborate with international stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and help improve learning experiences through quality assurance and effective content workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in content, learning, training, or project coordination.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, or content management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, update, and quality assurance of learning content and e-learning modules.
• Coordinate translation and localization activities for learning materials.
• Review and moderate content on ING careers and learning platforms.
• Track project progress, maintain reports, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve content quality, workflows, and learner experience.
