Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a UK Culture Coach in Quezon City, Philippines. This role focuses on instructional design, curriculum development, and delivering engaging training programs across the organization to support digital transformation.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify learning needs, plan and develop training materials, and implement programs using instructor-led, e-learning, and analytics-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Interpret educational needs and develop effective instructional design and media solutions.
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology.
• Knowledge of current instructional theories for online and instructor-led learning programs.
• Proficiency in Captivate, Storyline or similar content designing & authoring tools. Good to have
• Proficiency in Training analytics to design learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with LOBs and cross-functional project teams to identify learning needs.
• Conducts needs assessments to identify and evaluate training needs, develop training and instructional solutions, and assess training.
• Consults on training programs for organization-wide initiatives and projects; designs and implements training programs.
• Plans, designs, develops, delivers and consults on training projects using instructor-led, e-learning, and multimedia formats.
• Recommends and implements innovative solutions to training programs; leads consulting engagements and client communications.
• Researches advancements in LMS, educational technologies, and instructional design methods; evaluates training effectiveness using data.
