Job summary

Everise Philippines Ltd. is seeking a Leadership Development Manager to design and deploy leadership programs for a geo’s units, partnering with senior leaders and HR to mobilize talent in line with Everise’s goals.

You will coordinate LD events, manage development programs for supervisors and managers, and work with operations across the geo to create scalable learning solutions using technology, hybrid and traditional formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 5 years leadership experience.
• Min 2 years in supervisory role or exposure to leadership training is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with Windows programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong exposure to BPO Operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of Leadership Development processes for the assigned geo.
• Coordinate and deliver LD learning events and processes.
• Collaborate with geo leadership and HR to mobilize talent to meet strategic goals.
• Partner with the global leadership development team on global projects and support.
