Job summary

Allegro Microsystems Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to lead NPI and production support for semiconductor products.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability, yield, and cost efficiency across design transfer and high-volume production. The role requires 5+ years in semiconductor product or manufacturing engineering, strong data analysis skills, and hands-on ATE experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in Product, Test, or Manufacturing Engineering in semiconductors.
• Experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI) from design transfer to high-volume production.
• Proficient in statistical analysis and quality tools (SPC, DOE, FMEA, MSA).
• Hands-on with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and test programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI activities from design transfer to manufacturing (internal and outsourced).
• Collaborate with Design, Process, Test and Reliability during NPI for manufacturability and reliability.
• Define and validate characterization plans; perform initial yield analysis and ramp-up planning.
• Oversee new product qualification and data review against quality standards.
