Allegro MicroSystems is seeking an experienced test engineering professional in Metro Manila to design, develop, and implement automated test solutions for semiconductor devices. You will collaborate with Design, Validation, and Manufacturing teams to define test plans and build ATE programs, ensuring robust coverage and high yield across global sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in the industry.
• Minimum 5 years in the semiconductor sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PM, Planning, Test, Development, Probe/Final Test, and Reliability.

Responsabilités

• Develop, debug, and document ATE test programs for wafer and package tests.
• Design and verify test interface hardware for signal integrity.
• Perform statistical analysis and establish robust test limits.
• Collaborate with IC design for DFT features and multisite efficiency.
• Support production ramps and site transfers with expert guidance.
