Job summary

ECG Engineering leads the Manila-based control systems team to design and program advanced automation for mineral processing across global sites. You will guide a skilled group through demanding projects, delivering robust DCS/PLC/SCADA solutions and technical reports for clients.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with ECG's offices worldwide, and ensure successful study, design, commissioning and handover phases. On-site in Manila is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Proven leadership experience in technical engineering environments.
Strong understanding of electrical, instrumentation and control principles.

Responsibilities

Lead Manila-based control systems design and programming team.
Coordinate control systems design, programming and coding across regions.
Prepare technical reports and client documentation for control systems.
Contribute to front-end studies for greenfield and brownfield mining projects.
Design and specify DCS/PLC/SCADA for mining operations.
Collaborate with ECG's global offices on project delivery.
Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and provide technical guidance.
Support clients through all project phases from study to handover.
Coordinate commissioning site specialists from multiple international locations.
