Job summary

Marcura seeks a Manager, Compliance Due Diligence to lead the KYB, KYC, and KYP teams across multiple locations. You will ensure risk-based due diligence aligns with regulatory obligations for both regulated and non-regulated services, reporting to the Head of KYB.

You will drive governance, process standardization, and continuous improvement, managing senior stakeholders and coordinating across Compliance leadership and business units.

Qualifications

Graduate degree in Law, Business, Finance or equivalent.
CAMS (ACAMS) or ICA Diploma in Financial Crime Prevention or equivalent AML/KYC/KYB qualification.
8+ years in a compliance-related role with KYB/KYC/KYP experience across regulated and non-regulated environments.
5+ years management experience across remote/multi-location teams.
Experience in the maritime or shipping sector.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day KYB/KYC/KYP functions, overseeing managers and teams to ensure quality, SLA adherence and risk management.
Review and manage escalations on high-risk cases and sanctions hits; escalate to Group MLRO as required.
Oversee user access governance for screening and due diligence systems.
