Job summary

Citco is a global leader offering governance and administration services; the role is based in Makati, Philippines. The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager across multiple initiatives within Citco Corporate Solutions (C2S) and works with the Office of Project Management and Finance teams.

You will coordinate project plans, run regular stakeholder meetings, and track milestones in Confluence while maintaining up‑to‑date documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in accounting would be an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end project execution with the Project Manager.
• Facilitate regular meetings with the project team members and Stakeholders.
• Track project tasks, dependencies and milestones using Confluence.
• Identify risks or roadblocks and escalate as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation in Confluence, including meeting minutes and action items.
