You will prepare corporate documents for all lifecycle stages, ensure compliance with local filings, and coordinate with partners worldwide to meet deadlines. Fluent English, strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers in providing corporate legal services to clients based in foreign jurisdictions.
• Prepare documents for all stages of the company lifecycle, from incorporation to dissolution, for clients worldwide in accordance with legal requirements and deadlines.
• Perform and/or monitor statutory filings with local authorities.
• Coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues worldwide to gather information and documentation for assignments.

About The Team & Business Line

Working with our Global Subsidiary Governance Services (GSGS) team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Assist senior lawyers in the provision of corporate legal services to clients based in foreign jurisdiction
• Prepare legal documents for all stages of company lifecycle, i.e. from company incorporation through to dissolution, for clients worldwide in accordance to legal requirements with agreed deadlines
• Perform and/or monitor statutory filings with local authorities
• Coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues worldwide in order to gather information and/or documentation required to carry out assignments
