Job summary

Internetwork Expert seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead large, complex transformation initiatives across multi-functional workstreams and vendor teams, ensuring dashboards, progress tracking, and performance assessments align with program objectives.

You will drive risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and cross-system coordination for IT-enabled hospital transformations, applying PMP practices and a data-driven leadership style to sustain momentum and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with project risk assessment, metrics generation, and analysis.

Job description

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the management and monitoring of large, complex transformation projects in collaboration with different Functional Workstream Leads and vendor Project Managers. He/she assists the Workstream Leads in resolving roadblocks and problem solving and ensures the implementation of project dashboards, progress monitoring and vendor performance assessment to ensure successful program delivery of hospital-wide transformation programs aligned with its objectives and scope.

• Experience with project risk assessment, metrics generation, and analysis, preferably with PMP certification.
• Proficient in stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and familiar with software development platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong execution and operational excellence skills in managing large programs, with exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Proven track record of successful project management in larger organizations with focus on IT projects or agile development
• Demonstrated track record of building trust-based counselling relationships fellow program managers, Subject matter experts
• Demonstrates excellent observation, negotiation, decision-making, and leadership skills in a high paced transformation environment.
• Possesses a strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and ability to work under pressure with a positive, self-motivated attitude.
