Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruiter to manage inbound and active candidate processing, screening applications, and presenting the most qualified candidates to the client. You will work with Hiring Managers and TABPs, and help maintain strong client relationships while promoting IBM’s EVP.

You will schedule interviews, post requisitions, and ensure accurate ATS/CRM updates, contributing to high client satisfaction and successful high-volume hiring projects.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience in recruitment with ability to manage stakeholder relationships and high-volume hiring.
• 3-4 years recruitment experience with sourcing in-house, RPO or agency roles.
• 3-4 years experience in candidate selection and web-based applicant tracking systems.
• 3-4 years knowledge of functional recruitment best practices.
• 3-4 years experience in Human Resources and/or Staffing.
• Experience in US Recruitment, Healthcare or IT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules candidate for Hiring Manager interview.
• Posts job requisition in job boards.
• Maintains relationships with Client's Subject Matter Experts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Promotes collaboration across teams through Agile practices.
• Participates in role discovery meetings with Hiring Manager.
• Screens candidates using resume review and interviews.
• Notifies candidates in the ATS/CRM about opportunities.
• Acts as a brand ambassador to engage candidates.
• Submits candidate short-lists to Hiring Manager or TABPs and updates requisitions.
• Assesses candidate pool strength and determines need for additional sourcing.
