Job summary

Unisys is seeking a delivery leader to oversee global and local service delivery for key accounts. You will ensure SLA adherence, governance, cost control and value delivery across multiple service lines.

You will collaborate with client teams and internal delivery groups to plan, execute and optimize contracted services, while managing budgets and risk. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related professional experience, 1+ years managing a specific area.
• Advanced English level.
• Essential qualifications in IT, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Requires knowledge of sales strategies, account/program management, service delivery, and financial analysis.
• Understanding of IT outsourced environments and service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Leads the global and local delivery of services for designated accounts, ensuring SLA, cost, governance and value.
• Plans, implements, and executes contracted services; manages risk, scope and budget.
• Establishes clear client and internal communication channels at strategic and operational levels.
• Monitors performance through reviews, status updates, change control, and CSI initiatives.
• Develops budgets, schedules and performance standards to optimize delivery costs.
• Drives margin targets and reports on financial health of the account.
• Drives continuous improvements and presents innovative solutions to the client.
