Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of WAN/LAN and PC troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support and troubleshoot technical issues for employees.
• Maintain and support all workstations, diagnosing hardware/software issues.
• Manage and resolve Jira tickets for local and global IT requests.
