Job summary

74Software, affiliated with Axway, seeks a Senior IS Support Manager to lead a global, scalable support organisation spanning Europe, the US, and Asia. You will own Workday and core IS platforms, guide Tier 0–L4 processes, and drive continuous improvement with strong executive visibility.

You will build distributed L1/L2 teams, design shift models for multi-time-zone coverage, and partner with architecture to optimise tooling and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• ITIL or equivalent service-management expertise for large, global environments.
• Experience designing and running tiered support models (L0–L4).
• Workday and enterprise IS systems support at L1/L2 levels.
• Strong KPI definition and SLA-driven delivery in fast-changing settings.
• Leadership across geographies with change management.

Responsibilities

• Own and mature a global IS support framework with tiered models.
• Define service scope, intake, and prioritisation aligned with business risk.
• Define, implement and govern SLAs and KPIs with executive reporting.
• Lead distributed L1/L2 teams across Europe, US, and Asia.
• Oversee Incident, Problem & Change management for Workday and core platforms.
• Drive knowledge management, tooling, and automation improvements.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to meet standards.
• Champion continuous improvement and service-excellence culture.
