Job summary

Nexperia is seeking a Finance Master Data Analyst to act as the global SME for Finance master data governance. You will ensure accuracy and quality of GL accounts, profit centers, cost centers, vendors, customers, and materials within SAP Finance, while driving improvement, governance, and migration projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field; strong data governance foundations.
• 3–5 years of experience in master data governance, maintenance, and migration.
• Strong experience with Finance master data (GL Accounts, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Vendors, Customers, Materials).
• Experience working with SAP Finance; excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the global Finance master data strategy with Finance and Master Data teams.
• Lead finance master data governance, improvement, and migration projects.
• Review and approve day-to-day Finance master data requests.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance data quality and processes.
• Establish monitoring, reporting, and data quality metrics for Finance master data.
• Collaborate with global master data maintenance teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.
