Job summary

Nexperia is seeking a Finance Data and Process Lead to be the central expert for inventory data insights within the global Finance organization. You will own reporting, drive data model improvements, and partner with Finance BI teams to implement governance and SOPs for Inventory Data Controlling across regions.

This role requires strong Excel and SAP skills, plus cross-cultural collaboration and the ability to translate business needs into reliable financial insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Financial Controlling, Data Analytics, or Reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP BW data models.
• Basic understanding of IFRS reporting standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.

About the role:

This role represents a central position in our global Finance organization. As a Finance Data and Process Lead, you will be responsible for the financial data insights of inventory data as well as related value streams. You are the global subject matter expert ensuring accurate reporting and continuous insights improvement based on different business stakeholder requirements. Furthermore, you will work in closed collaboration with our Finance BI interfaces in order drive data and reporting improvements.

What You Will Do

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Inventory Data Insights. Own and ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting. Drive continuous improvement of financial data models and reporting in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to the global Finance organization. Support the design, implementation, and execution of effective business processes and internal controls. Own governance and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Inventory Data Controlling. Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, efficiency, and data quality.

What You Will Need

Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, Financial Controlling, Data Analytics, or Reporting. Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Visual Basic (VBA) knowledge is an advantage. Experience in management reporting, KPI development, and financial analytics. Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP BW data models. Basic understanding of IFRS reporting standards. Experience working within a project management framework. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams. Strong problem-solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to work effectively in cross-cultural environments.
