Job summary

Nexperia in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Data and Process Lead to own inventory data insights and accurate financial reporting. You will collaborate with our global Finance BI interfaces to drive data and reporting improvements across business units.

The role requires a degree in economics, finance or data science, 5+ years in finance or analytics, advanced Excel (VBA a plus), SAP ERP/BW knowledge, and strong communication across diverse, global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, finance, data science or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance, financial controlling, data analytics or reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Inventory Data Insights.
• Own and ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial data models and reporting with stakeholders.
• Act as trusted advisor to global Finance organization.
• Support design and execution of business processes and internal controls.
• Own SOPs for Inventory Data Controlling and governance.
