Job summary

Orica Philippines is seeking an Internal Communications Coordinator to support employee engagement by crafting impactful content, managing digital channels, and delivering campaigns that connect and inform employees across our global business.

You will develop clear messaging, coordinate content across channels, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive change while promoting our brand and ensuring consistency in communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in communications or employee engagement.
• Experience in a large, ideally global, organisation.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience creating graphic or multimedia content.
• Strong analytics to measure engagement and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, engaging messaging to communicate Orica’s strategy to employees.
• Support employee communication campaigns and events to keep staff informed and inspired.
• Create, review, and coordinate content across channels to reach employees effectively.
• Identify new ideas and tools to improve communication effectiveness.
• Design visually appealing materials that support communication objectives.
• Maintain and promote Orica’s brand in internal communications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on change initiatives with timely communications.
• Track engagement metrics and channel performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
