Job summary

Orica in Manila is seeking an Advisor – Organisational Capability Enablement to lead the local delivery of global capability programs and enable regional adaptation. You will coordinate internal teams, vendors, and facilitators to create engaging learning experiences that align with global frameworks.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners and regional leaders to ensure adoption, measure program impact, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Learning & Development, HR, Organisational Development, or consulting.
• Strong project management with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across levels.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of global capability programs in the region with high adoption.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and facilitators to deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Identify capability gaps and design targeted solutions with regional OC teams.
• Facilitate learning sessions and Train-the-Trainer programs to build local capability.
• Monitor program effectiveness, escalate risks, and drive continuous improvement.
