Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in communications or employee engagement.
• Experience in a large, complex organisation with a global workforce is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to plan, influence, and deliver communications initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to translate complex information.
• Experience creating graphic, visual, or multimedia content for campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret engagement data.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear, engaging messaging for employees to communicate Orica’s strategy.
• Support employee communication campaigns, activities, and programs globally.
• Create and coordinate content across channels to reach our people effectively.
• Identify new ideas and tools to improve communication effectiveness.
• Design visually appealing content aligning with brand guidelines.
• Maintain and promote brand across internal communication materials.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support change initiatives through timely communications.
• Track engagement metrics and channel performance to identify improvement opportunities.
