Job summary

iQor is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to lead global internal communications initiatives, ensuring clear messaging across channels. This role demands exceptional English proficiency, strong writing, editing, and storytelling with autonomy to manage complex projects.

You will work with the Marketing and Communications team to align campaigns, produce high-quality graphics and media, and drive engagement reflective of iQor’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
• Exceptional English writing, editing, and storytelling with AP style familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global internal communications strategy to enhance employee engagement and alignment with iQor’s mission and values.
• Independently create, edit, and distribute high-quality internal communications content including announcements, handbooks, newsletters, intranet updates, video scripts, presentations, and banners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure messaging consistency; align campaigns with the Marketing and Communications team for cross-audience impact.
• Lead and manage employee engagement campaigns (e.g., Values Week, Mental Health Awareness Month) with creative services for visuals.
• Craft and execute crisis communications plans, coordinating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop branding, templates, infographics, and multimedia content with support from shared creative services.
• Draft and distribute organizational announcements, tailoring content for global and regional audiences.
• Develop metrics to measure effectiveness of communications and provide leadership with insights.
