Working with site directors and ops leaders, you will manage calendars, coordinate with vendors, and ensure adherence to security policies while delivering engaging programs for employees and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in employee engagement or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate monthly employee engagement activities.
• Develop annual engagement calendar with site leaders.
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for events.
• Prepare client visit logistics and on-site day coordination.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and ad hoc purchases.
