Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 18–24 months of relevant accounting or finance operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn global processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Compliance & Control - Execute Intercompany accounting activities in accordance with procedures and standards.
• Intercompany Operations - Perform daily and period-end Intercompany activities and support month-end close.
• Process & Data Quality - Ensure accuracy and validity of Intercompany transactions, maintain documentation.
• Collaboration & Learning - Work with team leads and global partners, participate in training and knowledge sharing.
• Continuous Improvement - Identify inefficiencies and support automation and standardization initiatives.
