Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1 year of professional experience in accounting/finance operations or related area; fresh graduates with internship may be considered.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, journal entries, reconciliations, and close activities.
• Detail-oriented with documentation discipline and compliance mindset.
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new processes, tools, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned financial reporting, reconciliation, data validation, and close activities.
• Assist in data monitoring, variance checks, and reconciliation package preparation.
• Prepare documentation and evidence to support reporting and control requirements.
• Collaborate with regional teams, data management, compliance, and tech partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify exceptions and escalate to senior staff for resolution.
