Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in the Philippines is seeking a Global Intercompany Analyst to execute end-to-end intercompany accounting activities across assigned processes and entities. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while supporting balance sheet integrity and smooth close cycles.

Working within a process-centric model, you will handle Intercompany AR/AP, Recharge Accounting, IC Stock, GR/IR, or Netting, collaborating with teams and global partners to drive data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 18–24 months of accounting or finance operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn global processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute Intercompany accounting activities in compliance with SOX and global procedures.
• Perform daily and period-end Intercompany activities and month-close support.
• Reconcile balances and follow up on aged items.
• Maintain documentation and support data integrity during system changes.
• Collaborate with Team Leads, SMEs, and global partners.
