Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the Philippines (Taguig/Metro Manila) seeks a Global Intercompany Analyst to execute end-to-end intercompany accounting activities across entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with global procedures. The role supports balance sheet integrity and smooth close and reporting cycles.

You will handle daily and period-end processes such as posting, reconciliation, ageing monitoring, and close support; contribute to process improvements and data quality;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 18–24 months of relevant accounting or finance operations experience; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn global processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute Intercompany accounting in line with Credo, procedures, SOX, and statutory requirements.
• Perform daily and period-end Intercompany activities (posting, matching, clearing, ageing) and support month-end/quarter-end close.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity of Intercompany transactions; maintain documentation; support data integrity during system changes.
• Work with Team Leads, SMEs, and global partners; participate in training and knowledge sharing.
• Identify inefficiencies and support automation, standardization, and optimization.
