Marsh seeks a talented professional to join the Multinational Incoming team, part of our risk business in Singapore. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office and offers exposure to global clients and Marsh's international network.

You will manage local entities for overseas multinational clients, handle pre-renewal data gathering, renewals, and post-renewal activities, and lead digital tools adoption with clients and Marsh teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 2 years of experience within the general insurance industry.
• Attained CGI or ANZIIF/ACII certification preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multinational client servicing by coordinating with overseas Marsh offices to support Singapore-based local entities.
• Process insurance requests accurately and promptly while maintaining high-quality client servicing.
• Lead digital tools implementation and adoption with clients and internal teams to support Marsh systems and tools.
• Implement action plans, monitor progress and ensure service meets client expectations while protecting the firm.
