Job summary

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1–2 years' experience in importation or logistics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years in importation, customs compliance, or logistics.
• Knowledge of BOC, BIR, DOE, and import documentation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking and deadline focus.

Responsibilities

• Process and renew permits, accreditations, and regulatory requirements with DOE, BIR, BOC, and other agencies.
• Prepare, review, and submit import and customs documentation for compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, brokers, and haulers to facilitate imports.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure customs clearance and delivery.
• Verify duties, taxes, and import-related charges and prepare payments.
• Process documentation for OCI products and imported ethanol, including DOE notifications.
• Maintain accurate records and timely submission of required documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support permits management.
