Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in identity and access management.
• Experience with AD/RACF and complex environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL or service management processes.
• Preference for insurance/financial services exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand through global ticket and request management for queue efficiency.
• Maintain least privileged access for joiners, movers, leavers (JML) and authorized users.
• Respond to information security and access inquiries per defined processes.
• Ensure compliance with security controls, policies, and procedures.
• Meet SLAs in handling JML and access requests with accuracy.
• Build strong relationships with business customers to ensure service delivery.
• Provide guidance on IT security and user access activities.
• Independently analyze requests to enforce separation of duties.
• Produce accurate management information for reporting and decisions.
• Investigate and resolve access-related inquiries with minimal disruption.
