Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Fund Servicing Analyst to join the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) team in the Philippines.

You will work in a Global/Regional IBOR operations group to deliver premier service, ensuring timely client reporting and seamless coordination across Front Office, Risk, and Compliance. The role requires understanding of investment operations, reconciliations, and strong communication with internal partners and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience/understanding of Investment Operations (Trades, Cash and Reconciliations).
• Experience/understanding of Reconciliations and transaction lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication style and ability to communicate effectively with internal partners and clients.
• Ability to work to agreed deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload.
• Ability to problem solve to identify, understand and address operational issues; good communication across stakeholders.
• Flexible to meet tight deadlines and prioritize work.
• Self-starter with ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a Global/Regional IBOR investment operations team to provide continued premier service delivery.
• Contribute and provide management information for internal reporting, client service review decks and client meeting presentations.
• Timely and accurate processing across components of daily operational activities for client reporting (IBOR).
• Process all operational activity in accordance with SOPs to meet risk and control standards.
• Escalate issues promptly and ensure timely closure of issues.
• Participate in initiatives to improve service levels and efficiency for JP Morgan and the client.
• Engage in projects to support IMOS global strategy.
• Build interactive relationships with global operations partners, client service and other product teams.
• Collaborate with management to achieve 100% timeliness and accuracy in a follow-the-sun model.
• Communicate across technology, service, product and operations to manage IBOR service delivery.
• Timely and accurate processing of Reconciliations and transaction lifecycle management.
