Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Global IAM Process & Access Governance Manager to define, govern, and continuously improve IAM processes across the enterprise. This role emphasizes JML, governance, and M&A/divestment activities, with a focus on strengthening team capability and driving improvements.

The candidate will lead end-to-end IAM activities, define KPIs, and guide AI governance and SoD practices, while partnering with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure compliant and secure access across regions.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of IAM experience in global environments.
• Strong knowledge of IAM governance and JML lifecycle.
• Experience with M&A and divestments from an IAM perspective.
• Knowledge of AI governance and SoD controls; stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain global IAM processes, policies, standards, and controls across regions.
• Design and optimize end-to-end Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes with HR and IT.
• Define KPIs and quality measures for IAM processes; lead M&A/divestment IAM activities.
• Manage communications and escalations; ensure timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous process improvement.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing for IAM stakeholders and teams.
• Establish AI governance and SoD practices for secure access management.
• Define AI-related access and risk management in line with enterprise frameworks.
