Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila, Inc. seeks a Global Team Lead for SAP Authorization Management to define and govern the worldwide SAP access framework.

You will lead a diverse team and collaborate with IT, Audit, and Business stakeholders to design secure, compliant access across SAP landscapes. The role requires deep SAP authorization knowledge, SoD and IAM expertise, and a proven track record in global provider management, with a strong governance and risk mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable.
• Extensive experience in SAP Authorization Management and SAP Security.
• Deep knowledge of SoD, IAM, and SAP role/user concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global SAP Authorization Management framework, including policies, standards, and procedures.
• Define and enforce global authorization concepts, including role design and user management principles.
• Oversee SAP role design, creation, and maintenance in line with business requirements and security standards.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and external audits.
• Lead audit preparation and remediation activities related to SAP authorizations.
• Monitor risks related to access violations, excessive privileges, and unauthorized usage.
• Lead and develop a global SAP Authorization Management team (internal + external providers).
• Manage and steer external service providers delivering authorization and IAM services.
• Act as the central interface between IT, Business, Audit, and Security Team.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure authorization concepts.
• Support global programs (e.g., S/4HANA) with authorization expertise.
